The above rate is for continental US addresses only. However we will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Asia and Europe, just email for a quote on shipping. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Mail. Most items qualify for free Standard shipping for orders totaling $90 or more. This offer is based on the subtotal before taxes (RI 7%).

Shipping is via USPS or UPS Ground. We will email you the confirmation number, if applicable, when your order ships. Delivery times will range from 1-7 days, depending on your distance from Providence, Rhode Island.

Return
Returns will be accepted within 10 days of receipt for store credit or exchange ONLY.

The item must be returned in original and unused condition and in original packaging. It must be well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Please email or call 401-588-5180 for a return authorization.

All special orders and sale items are considered non-refundable. Any refund not approved beforehand is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping cost are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 48 hours.

Important: Upon placement of order, please check your confirmation email immediately to insure "ship to" address is correct. Should the address be incorrect, please contact Figments immediately. Once a package has been shipped, there will be a $15 redirect charge should the address need to be changed while in transit.

Solicitation & Consignment Policy Currently, we are not accepting submissions. If an inventory review day is scheduled, the date and time will be posted on this page.

Figments walk-in solicitation & consignment policy
1.
Figments does not accept walk-in solicitors. Thank you for your interest in selling or consigning through Figments; however, the volume of unscheduled solicitations is distracting to the establishment's customers and proprietor. Please do not try a "hard sell"; you will simply be asked to leave.
2. If an inventory review day is scheduled, the date and time will be posted on this page. Applicants must call in and make an appointment prior to that date. Again, walk-ins will not be accepted, nor will same day appointment calls be taken. Prospective artisans/crafters are *highly* encouraged a visit Figments prior to scheduling an appointment. Familiarity with the themes of the store and its current inventory will provide you a good understanding of what the store looks for.
3. For inventory consignment, the consignee will be entitled to 50% of earnings made on units sold. This percentage is non negotiable. A consignee must be prepared to sign an invoice stating the number of units consigned to Figments, the minimum sell price, and the dates that units will be displayed. Figments reserves the right to increase the price of consigned without notice to the consignee, but will not decrease the price below the agreed minimum. Figments does not promise window display space, or any other prominent display space within the store. Payment by check/as agree in the invoice for consigned inventory sold, will be mailed out by Figments on the last business day of the month.
4. For purchased inventory, Figments will purchase units at a price agreed on amicably between Figments and the seller. A seller must be prepared to sign an invoice that clearly itemizes units sold, price per unit, total cost, and date of transaction. After the initial sale, Figments will contact the seller if additional inventory is desired; no more contact is required on the part of the seller.
